Are you a happy and positive person who is passionate about food, sales, and first-class service? Then you might be exactly who we're looking for!
We are now seeking a new team member for our store. We want someone with great initiative and positive energy that is contagious, who sees customer needs and delivers the industry's best customer service with pride and joy.
As a person, you are creative and enjoy proposing ideas, and you work well in teams. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, sales-driven, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to continuously develop and improve both the business and yourself.
You will work on all tasks commonly found in a store, such as:
- Working the cash register
- Restocking shelves and facing products
- Building displays on sales areas and end-caps
- Managing inventory and shrinkage
- Performing self-checks
- Keeping the store clean and tidy
Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is number one. You easily create long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire purchasing joy. You enjoy being on the move and working physically. Work in a store offers varied work at times with high tempo, and it's important that you feel comfortable handling stressful situations.
