Position: Two Permanent Positions, 26 Hours per Week, Probationary Period Applies
Start Date: November 24, 2025, or by Agreement
Work Hours: You will vary between early morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
Requirements:
- High School Education
- Excellent Swedish Language Skills (Spoken and Written)

We're Looking for You to Join Our Fantastic Team at Willys Varberg Träslövsvägen! The Positions Essentially Involve You and Your Colleagues Contributing to Offering Our Customers Good and Sustainable Food at Really Great Prices. The Positions Are for Our Fresh Produce Department and E-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily store operations with colleagues
• Unpack goods and ensure shelves are well-stocked and attractive
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Assist customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile
• Support customers at checkout and other payment options
• After gaining experience, actively participate in ordering and sales planning to help the store reach sales and profitability goals
