**About the job**
Position: Permanent part-time employment averaging 26 hours/week. A probationary period applies.
Start date: November 10, 2025, or as agreed.
Working hours: You will alternate between early morning, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
We are looking for you to join our wonderful team at Willys Kumla Skogstorp! The role basically involves working with your colleagues to provide our customers with good, sustainable food at really great prices. You are an important part of the store team, ensuring we give our customers the best shopping experience. Here’s a bit more about the position:
- Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store.
- You will unpack goods and ensure our shelves are well-stocked and looking good.
- You will make sure the store is clean and tidy.
- You will assist our customers, greeting them with knowledge, a sense of empathy, and a big smile.
- You will help our customers at the checkout or with any of our other checkout options.
- After a while, you will actively participate in orders and sales planning, contributing to the store achieving its sales and profitability targets.

- It’s a plus if you have worked in retail or in a service role, but it’s not a requirement.
- You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages, so if you do as well, that’s great!
