Position: Temporary position of 12 hours per week, until August 31, 2026
Start date: January 5, 2026, or by agreement.
Working hours: You will alternate between early morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not hire individuals under 18 years of age due to the nature of the tasks.
We are looking for you who want to be part of our wonderful team at Willys Karlstad Bryggudden! The role essentially involves you, together with your colleagues, contributing to offering our customers good and sustainable food at really great prices. You are an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience.
Here’s a bit more about the position:
• Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store.
• You will unpack goods and ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and look nice.
• You will ensure that the store is clean and tidy.
• You will assist our customers and meet them with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile.
• You will help our customers at the checkout or at one of our other checkout options.
• After you have been with us for a while, you will actively participate in ordering and sales planning, contributing to the store achieving its sales and profitability goals.

• It’s an advantage if you have worked in retail or in service, but it is not a requirement.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do as well, that’s great!
