Position: Permanent employment of 32 hours per week, probationary period applies

Working hours: You will alternate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends
Requirements: Secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire individuals under 18 years of age due to the nature of the tasks.
We are looking for you who want to be part of our wonderful team at Willys Hemma Lund Stortorget! The role essentially involves you, together with your colleagues, contributing to offering our customers good and sustainable food at really great prices. You are an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience.
Here’s a bit more about the position:
• Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store.
• You will unpack goods and ensure that our shelves are well-stocked, look nice, and that the store is clean and tidy.
• You will ensure that our customers can complete their purchases smoothly at the checkout with the help of our checkout options.
• You will assist our customers and meet them with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile.
• You will actively participate in ordering and sales planning and contribute to the store achieving its sales and profitability goals.
