Position: Permanent employment for 32 hours per week, with a probationary period applied.
Start date: 2025-12-22 or by agreement.
Working hours: You will alternate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We are looking for you who want to become part of our wonderful team at Willys Hässleholm Läreda! The position essentially involves you, together with your colleagues, contributing to offering our customers good and sustainable food at really great prices. You are an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience.
Here’s a bit more about the role:
• Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store.
• You will unpack goods and ensure our shelves are well-stocked and look nice.
• You will ensure that the store is clean and tidy.
• You will assist our customers and meet them with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile.
• You will help our customers at the checkout or any of our other checkout options.
• After you have worked for a while, you will actively participate in ordering and sales planning and contribute to the store achieving its sales and profitability goals.

• It’s an advantage if you have worked in retail or in service, but it is not a requirement.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that’s great!
