About the Job
Position: Temporary part-time employment averaging 8 hours/week, expected to run from 2026-01-01 to 2026-06-07.
Start date: 2026-01-01 or according to agreement.
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our wonderful team at Willys Enköping Romberga! The job essentially involves you, together with your colleagues, contributing to offering our customers good and sustainable food at great prices. You play an important role in the store team, ensuring that our customers have the best shopping experience. Here’s a bit more about the role:
• Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations in the store.
• You will unpack goods and ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and look great.
• You will ensure that the store is clean and tidy.
• You will assist our customers, meeting them with knowledge, a sense of intuition, and a big smile.
• You will help our customers at the checkout or at one of our other check-out options.
• After you've worked with us for a while, you will take an active role in ordering and sales planning, contributing to the store achieving its sales and profitability targets.

• It’s an advantage if you have worked in retail or with customer service, but it is not a requirement.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages, so if you do as well, that’s great!
