Your main responsibilities include evaluating and loaning against valuable items (ranging from watches to jewelry and art), customer service, sales, and administration. Additionally, you will work on preparing auctions, conducting inventories, reporting, and participating in development projects. As a pawnbroker, you are the face of Sefina and interact daily with a large number of customers, both in-store and digitally. You are responsible for ensuring that customers' valuable items are evaluated and loaned correctly and stored with the utmost care and security. Your ability to handle each interaction with discretion and respect is crucial for providing a good customer experience. As a pawnbroker, you will contribute to satisfied customers every day. To work with us, you need to be over 18 years old and have completed your high school education. Since customer service is always a priority, it is important that you have experience working in retail, reception, banking, or similar roles, and are passionate about providing exceptional service. It is a significant advantage if you have experience with cash handling and have worked with the common valuable items found in our stores. However, the most important thing is that you have a strong interest in gold, jewelry, and watches and want to learn more. To quickly acclimate to the job, good computer skills, experience with the Office suite, and the ability to learn new things are important. You should have a good understanding of finance and numbers and be fluent in both Swedish and English. It is a plus if you speak additional languages. Important information about the role This is a permanent position that starts with a 6-month probationary period. The start date is February 2 or by agreement. In this role, you will support our stores in Kista, Skärholmen, and Stockholm city, so you need to be flexible in traveling to these locations. Working hours are scheduled based on the store's opening hours, and you need to be available to work during the day, as well as evenings, Saturdays, and holidays. Full-time with us means 38.5 hours per week. In this role, you will receive a monthly salary that is partially based on your experience and qualifications. Our recruitment process consists of interviews, potential tests, reference checks, and a background check.
