About the Job
Position: Temporary employment of 26 hours per week until 2025-12-31.
Start Date: By agreement.
Working Hours: You will vary between early morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
Requirements: High school education, good Swedish language skills (verbal and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2, chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire persons under 18 due to the nature of the work.
We're Looking for Someone Who Wants to Join Our Amazing Team at Willys Eskilstuna Folkesta! The position essentially involves you, together with your colleagues, contributing to offering our customers good and sustainable food at really great prices. You'll be a crucial part of the store team ensuring our customers have the best shopping experience. Here's more about the role:
• Together with your colleagues, you'll manage the varied daily operations of the grocery department. Expect to rack up plenty of steps!
• You'll work with picking, packing, and delivering e-commerce goods.
• You'll unpack products and ensure our shelves are well-stocked and look great.
• You'll maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the store.
• You'll help our customers with knowledge, finesse, and a big smile.
• You'll actively participate in ordering and sales planning, contributing to the store's sales and profitability goals.
• You'll assist customers at the checkout or other checkout alternatives.

• You recognize when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
• You're easy to collaborate with – we work together as a team!
• You have good IT and computer skills, are detail-oriented, and have no problem navigating different systems.
• Previous retail or service experience is an advantage but not required.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak multiple languages, so if you do too, that's great!
