Primary Responsibilities

• As a Store Employee, you will take significant personal responsibility for helping our customers easily find what they are looking for.
• You will ensure our shelves are well-stocked and that the store is clean and tidy.
• Together with your colleagues, you'll focus on positive customer interactions, sales, and maintaining the highest quality. You'll become an important part of creating an inspiring shopping experience.
Position Details:
Temporary position of 10 hours per week until 2026-04-16.
Start Date: 2026-01-05 or by agreement. Early introduction may be possible.
Work Hours: You will rotate between early morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

Being food-passionate and enjoying customer service and sales is a prerequisite for the role. Below are additional expectations for a Hemköp Store Employee:
• You should work well in a team, be meticulous and quality-conscious. Additionally, you should enjoy a fast-paced environment.
• Together with colleagues, you'll manage the store's daily operations, which means being service and sales-oriented, with an eye for both details and the bigger picture.
In reference to the Work Environment Act and Work Environment Authority regulations, we do not hire individuals under 18 due to the nature of the tasks.
