About the job
Position: Part-time temporary position averaging 26 hours/week expected to run until February 2026, with a possibility of extension.
Start date: November 24, 2025, or as agreed.
Working hours: You will alternate between early morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our wonderful team at Willys Södertälje Vasa! The role essentially involves you, along with your colleagues, contributing to providing our customers with good and sustainable food at really great prices. You are an important part of the store team, ensuring that our customers have the best shopping experience. Here’s a bit more about the position:
• Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store.
• You will unpack goods and ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and look good, with a focus on our fresh produce department.
• You will ensure that the store is clean and tidy.
• You will assist our customers and meet them with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile.
• You will help our customers at the checkout or any of our other checkout options.
• After you have worked with us for a while, you will actively participate in ordering and sales planning, contributing to the store achieving its sales and profitability goals.
