About the Job
Position: Permanent employment, 32 hours per week, probationary period applied.
Start Date: By agreement.
Work Hours: You will alternate between early morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
Requirements: High school education, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not hire persons under 18 due to the nature of job tasks.
We're Looking for Someone Who Wants to Be Part of Our Awesome Team at Willys Sollentuna Rotebro! The position essentially involves you, together with your colleagues, contributing to offering our customers good and sustainable food at really great prices. You are an important part of the store team that ensures our customers get the best shopping experience. Here's more about the position:
• Together with your colleagues, you'll manage the varied daily operations of the fresh produce department. Expect to rack up many steps on your step counter!
• You'll ensure our refrigerators and shelves are well-stocked and look great.
• You'll keep the store clean and tidy.
• You'll actively participate in orders and sales planning, contributing to the store meeting its sales and profitability goals.
• You'll help our customers and greet them with knowledge, intuition, and a big smile.
• You'll assist customers at the checkout or through our other checkout options.

• You have good IT and computer skills, are detail-oriented, and have no problem navigating different systems.
• Previous experience in retail or service is an advantage but not a requirement.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages, so if you do too, that's great!
