As a store employee, you will be an important part of daily operations. Your primary tasks will include providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales and product inquiries, restocking merchandise, maintaining store organization, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will also collaborate with colleagues in both the store and warehouse to create an efficient and well-functioning workflow.
Work hours are scheduled between Monday and Saturday, with opportunities to work full days and shorter shifts.
This is an hourly position expected to start immediately or by agreement, beginning with an introduction at the client site. This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting but perform work at our client in Skövde.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking students or individuals with another primary occupation of at least 50 percent who want to work extra hours. The ideal candidate is a positive and responsible person who enjoys meeting people and providing excellent service. You are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a high-paced environment. Additionally, you are flexible, adapt easily to various tasks, and are willing to take initiative when needed. As you will have significant customer contact, it is important that you are outgoing and comfortable in social settings. You should have strong Swedish language skills in both speaking and writing. Previous experience in retail or service work is meritorious, and knowledge of building materials is considered especially valuable.
