We are currently seeking staff for our store to work on picking and packing goods that customers have ordered online. At Maxi ICA Stormarknad Göteborg, we always strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. We are flexible in our working methods, support each other in-store, and above all, have fun at work!
We are looking for someone who:
- Is competitive and enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
- Is responsible and adaptable.
- Is an early riser as the majority of shifts start at 5:00 AM.
- Has previous experience in retail or warehouse work focusing on picking goods.
- Is active with good physical fitness as the job is physically demanding.

- Has the ability to work both efficiently and accurately under high pressure.
- Exhibits a positive demeanor, is open, and communicates well.

Conditions:
Job Title: Store Associate, Online
Employment Type: Permanent, a probationary period of 6 months applies.
Scope: The position includes 23 hours/week with significant opportunities for more hours.
Working Hours: The store is open from 06:00 to 23:00 on a 4-week rotating schedule. It is important that you can reach the store and be clocked in by 5:00 AM.
Salary Conditions: Fixed hourly wage according to the collective agreement.
Start Date: Week 46 or as agreed.

Maxi ICA Stormarknad consists of two closely cooperating companies: Maxi Livs, which sells groceries, and Maxi Special, which sells non-food and seasonal items. We operate towards our customers as if we are one company. We are also very proud to host several businesses within the store, including Apoteket Hjärtat, Sushi, and Min Doktor Kliniken.
On November 10, 1994, we opened our doors and today we are one of Sweden’s ten largest grocery stores. As a family business, we exist to inspire and make our customers' everyday lives easier and better. With around 40,000 items under one roof, a new entrance, parking area, and online shopping (since 2019), our fantastic staff is ready to welcome and serve our two million visitors each year.
