Main Responsibilities

• As a Store Associate responsible for bread and frozen goods, you will take significant personal responsibility to ensure that our customers can easily find what they are looking for.
• You will ensure that our shelves with bread and frozen items are well-stocked and that the departments are clean and tidy.
• You will contribute to driving sales in the bread and frozen goods sections.
• Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer interaction, sales, and ensuring that we maintain the highest quality. You will become an important part of the chain towards an inspiring shopping experience.
Position Details: This is a permanent position for 30 hours per week, with a probationary period applicable.
Start date: 2025-12-29 or according to agreement.
Working hours: You will rotate between early morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

A genuine interest in food, enjoyment of working with customers, and a flair for sales are essential for this role. Below you can find additional expectations for you as a Store Associate at Hemköp:
• You should work well in a team, be meticulous, and quality-conscious. Additionally, you should thrive in a high-paced environment.
• Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store. This includes being customer- and sales-oriented, while also having an eye for both details and the bigger picture.
We consider prior experience in retail, particularly within bake-off, as an advantage. If you also have experience in driving sales, we view this positively. We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Work Environment Act (AFS 2023:2), you must be at least 18 years old.
