**Main Responsibilities**

- As a Store Assistant, you will take significant personal responsibility to ensure our customers can easily find what they are looking for.
- You will ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and that our store is clean and tidy.
- Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer interaction, sales, and ensuring we maintain the highest quality. You will be a crucial part of creating an inspiring shopping experience.
**Position Details:**
Type: A part-time temporary position of an average of 26 hours/week, expected to run until February 2026 with the possibility of extension.
Start Date: November 17, 2025, or as agreed upon.
Working Hours: You will vary between early morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
**What We Expect**
A passion for food, an enjoyment of working with customers, and a focus on sales are prerequisites for this role. Below are additional expectations for you as a Store Assistant at Hemköp:
- You should be comfortable working in a team, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious. Additionally, you should thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store, which includes being service and sales-oriented while also having an eye for both detail and the bigger picture.
In accordance with the Work Environment Act (Chapter 5) and the Work Environment Authority’s regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not hire individuals under the age of 18 for this position.
