As a Store Employee, you will take significant personal responsibility for helping our customers easily find what they are looking for.
You will ensure our shelves are well-stocked and that the store is clean and tidy.
Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer interactions, sales, and maintaining the highest quality. You will become a crucial part of creating an inspiring shopping experience.
Position Type: Permanent, probationary period applies
Start Date: 2025-12-15 or by agreement.
Work Hours: You will rotate between early morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
What We Expect
Being passionate about food and enjoying working with customers and sales is a prerequisite for the role. Below are additional expectations for a Store Employee at Hemköp:
• You should work well in a team, be meticulous and quality-conscious. Additionally, you should enjoy a fast-paced environment.
• Together with your colleagues, you will manage the store's daily operations. This includes being service and sales-oriented, with an eye for both details and the big picture.
Referring to the Work Environment Act (Chapter 5) and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not hire individuals under 18 years old.
