**Main Responsibilities**

- As a Store Employee, you will take significant responsibility for ensuring our customers can easily find what they are looking for.
- You will ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and that our store is clean and tidy.
- Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer interactions, sales, and maintaining the highest quality. You will be an important part of creating an inspiring shopping experience.
**Position Details**
Type of employment: Permanent position of 12 hours per week, with a probationary period.
Start date: January 5, 2026, or as agreed.
Working hours: You will work a mix of early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
**Expectations**
A passion for food and enjoyment in working with customers and sales are prerequisites for this role. Below are additional expectations for you as a Store Employee at Hemköp:
- You should be a team player, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious. Additionally, you should thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store. This means being service- and sales-oriented while also having an eye for both details and the bigger picture.
In accordance with the Work Environment Act (Chapter 5) and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not hire individuals under 18 years of age due to the nature of the tasks.
