Below is what it means to be a Store Employee at Hemköp: - As a Store Employee, you will take significant responsibility for ensuring our customers can easily find what they are looking for. - You will ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and that our store is clean and tidy. - Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer interactions, sales, and maintaining the highest quality. You will be an important part of creating an inspiring shopping experience. **Position Details** Type of employment: Permanent position of 12 hours per week, with a probationary period. Start date: January 5, 2026, or as agreed. Working hours: You will work a mix of early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. **Expectations** A passion for food and enjoyment in working with customers and sales are prerequisites for this role. Below are additional expectations for you as a Store Employee at Hemköp: - You should be a team player, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious. Additionally, you should thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store. This means being service- and sales-oriented while also having an eye for both details and the bigger picture.
