Main Responsibilities

• As a Store Employee, you will take significant responsibility to ensure our customers can easily find what they are looking for.
• You will ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and that our store is clean and tidy.
• Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer interactions, sales, and maintaining the highest quality. You will play an important role in creating an inspiring shopping experience.
Position: Permanent part-time employment averaging 26 hours/week, with a probationary period.
Start Date: 2026-01-19 or by agreement.
Working Hours: You will alternate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
What We Expect
A passion for food and enjoyment in working with customers and sales are prerequisites for this role. Below are additional expectations for you as a Store Employee at Hemköp:
• You should be a team player, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious. Additionally, you should thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store. This includes being service- and sales-oriented while also having a sense for both details and the bigger picture.
In accordance with the Work Environment Act (Chapter 5) and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not hire individuals under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
