About the Role
As an employee with us, you represent Hornbach and serve as a role model in terms of engagement, drive, and collaboration. In our goods reception area, you, along with your colleagues, are responsible for ensuring an efficient flow of goods from reception until the products are available in the store.
Examples of Responsibilities
* Unloading and loading goods, delivering products in the store
* Conducting quantity/quality checks on product deliveries
* Managing internal supply and logistics
* Handling returns and transportation back to suppliers
* Inputting delivery and return slips
* Waste management
* Document management
Your Profile
* High school diploma or equivalent, along with experience in retail.
* Passionate about providing our customers with the best possible service
* Realizing customer projects through professional advice on our wide range of products
* Strong sense of service and customer orientation, as well as knowledge of logistics.
* Detail-oriented and solution-focused.
* Forklift certification (A1-A4 & B1-B4) and experience operating a forklift are required.
* A valid driver's license (B) is required.
For this position, a background check will be conducted.
