About the job
Position: Temporary part-time employment as needed.
Start date: December 1, 2025, or by agreement.
Working hours: You will alternate between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ individuals under 16 years old due to the nature of the work tasks. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written).
We are now looking for you who want to become a part of our wonderful team at Willys Trollhättan Hojum and can work extra as needed. This is the perfect job for students or for those who have another commitment and want to work a bit more. Many of our current employees started with a part-time job – a great opportunity to try working in retail! The role essentially involves contributing to offering our customers good and sustainable food at really good prices. You are an important part of the store team that ensures we provide our customers with the best shopping experience.
Here’s a bit more about the position:
• Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations in the store.
• You will unpack goods and ensure our shelves are well-stocked and look nice.
• You will ensure that the store is clean and tidy.
• You will assist our customers at the checkout or at one of our other checkout options.
• You will guide our customers warmly and knowledgeably, meeting them with a big smile.

• Previous experience in retail or service is a plus, but is not a requirement.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak multiple languages, so if you do too, that’s fantastic!
