Position: On-Call Hourly Employment
Start Date: 2025-11-12 or by agreement
Work Hours: You will vary between early morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but in reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2, Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not employ individuals under 16 years old depending on the nature of tasks. You need good Swedish language skills (spoken and written).
We're seeking someone who wants to be part of our fantastic team at Willys Nässjö Almenäs and can work extra shifts as needed. The perfect job for students or those with other occupations looking to work a bit more. Many of our current employees started with a part-time job – a great opportunity to experience retail work! The position essentially involves contributing to offering our customers good and sustainable food at really great prices. You'll be a crucial part of the store team ensuring our customers receive the best shopping experience.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage daily store operations with colleagues
• Unpack goods and ensure shelves are well-stocked and attractive
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Assist customers at checkout or other checkout options
• Guide customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile
