Position: Hourly employment as needed.
Start date: November 24, 2025, or by agreement.
Working hours: You will alternate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but in reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not hire individuals under the age of 16 due to the nature of the tasks. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (both spoken and written).
We are now looking for you who want to join our fantastic team at Willys Hyllinge Handelsplats and who can work extra as needed. This is the perfect job for you who are studying or have another occupation and want to work a little more. Many who work with us today started with a part-time job – a great opportunity to try working in a store! The role essentially involves contributing to providing our customers with good and sustainable food at really good prices. You are an important part of the store team, ensuring that our customers have the best shopping experience.
Here’s a bit more about the role:
• Along with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store.
• You will unpack goods and ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and look good.
• You will make sure the store is clean and tidy.
• You will assist our customers at the checkout or at other check-out options.
• You will guide our customers and meet them with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile.

• It is an advantage if you have worked in a store or in service, but prior work experience is not a requirement.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that’s great!
