About the Job
Position Type: On-call hourly employment
Start Date: By agreement
Work Hours: You will alternate between early morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but referencing the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 due to the nature of work tasks. You need good Swedish language skills (spoken and written).
We are now looking for someone who wants to be part of our fantastic team at Willys Hemma Partille Sävedalen, who can work extra shifts as needed. The perfect job for students or those with other commitments who want to work a bit more. Many of our current employees started with an extra job – a great opportunity to try working in retail! The position essentially involves contributing to offering our customers good and sustainable food at really great prices. You'll be an important part of the store team ensuring our customers have the best shopping experience. Here are more details about the role:
• Together with your colleagues, you'll manage the store's daily operations.
• You'll unpack goods and ensure our shelves are well-stocked and look nice.
• You'll maintain the store's cleanliness and tidiness.
• You'll assist customers at the checkout or other checkout options.
• You'll help guide customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile.

• Previous retail or service experience is a plus but not required.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak multiple languages, so if you do too, that's great!
