Position: On-call employment as needed.
Start date: November 3, 2025, or as agreed.
Working hours: You will work varied shifts, including early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but in reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ individuals under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks. You must have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written).
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our fantastic team at Willys Hemma Orsa Moravägen, who can work extra as needed. This is the perfect job for you if you are studying or have another commitment and want to work a little more. Many of our current employees started with a part-time job – it’s a great opportunity to experience working in a store! In this role, you will contribute to offering our customers good and sustainable food at really great prices. You are an important part of the store team, ensuring that our customers have the best shopping experience.
Here’s a bit more about the position:
• Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store.
• You will unpack goods and ensure our shelves are well-stocked and looking good.
• You will ensure the store is clean and tidy.
• You will assist our customers at the checkout or any of our other checkout options.
• You will guide our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile.

• It's a plus if you have worked in retail or in service, but prior work experience is not a requirement.
