Position: Part-time employment as needed.

Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire individuals under 18 years of age due to the nature of the tasks. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written).
We are now looking for you who want to become part of our wonderful team at Willys Hemma Kalix C, who can work extra as needed. This is the perfect job for you who are studying or have another occupation and want to work a bit more. Many of our current employees started with a part-time job – a great opportunity to try working in a store! The position essentially involves helping to provide our customers with good and sustainable food at really great prices. You are an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience.
Here’s a bit more about the position:
• Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store.
• You will unpack goods and ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and look nice.
• You will ensure that the store is clean and tidy.
• You will assist our customers at the checkout or at one of our other checkout options.
• You will guide our customers and meet them with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile.

• It’s an advantage if you have worked in retail or in service, but previous work experience is not a requirement.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that’s great!
