**About the Position**

As a Store Associate at Biltema, you are the most important part of our customers' experience in the store. Your workday consists of various tasks and departments, always characterized by customer focus and a high level of service. This includes playing a crucial role in ensuring that the shelves with our 19,000 items are well-stocked and faced. In our café, you will work with sales, receive deliveries from suppliers, and ensure that the café is always clean, pleasant, and well-stocked.
No matter where you are in the store, you pay attention to our customers—whether you are restocking items, working at the cash register, assisting them in customer service, or serving them in the café. In your interactions with customers, you willingly share your knowledge to help them find what they are looking for at a good price. At Biltema, no day is the same. We are eager to tackle the tasks and challenges that may arise by seeking simple solutions.
**About You**
The customer's time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to listen, understand, and read the customer's needs. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is a pronounced service-oriented person with a customer focus. You enjoy a fast-paced work environment where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you like to take initiative, see what needs to be done, and want to maintain order around you. Personal suitability will be given great importance, as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English.
Experience in retail is advantageous, particularly in store work with cash handling or in the restaurant industry. To quickly adapt to the role, we prefer candidates with a strong interest in our product range and areas.
