Main Responsibilities
We are now seeking someone who wants to be part of a successful operation. As a store employee in the delicatessen at Hemköp Hudiksvall C, you will have significant personal responsibility to help our customers easily find what they are looking for. Cash register work is also included when needed. You will ensure our shelves are well-stocked and that the store is clean and tidy. Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer interactions, sales, and maintaining the highest quality.
In your role as a delicatessen store employee, you will handle meat, fish, cold cuts, and prepared foods with an understanding of HACCP and Axfood's guidelines for hygiene, health, and food safety. With your passion for food, especially delicatessen items, you will become an important part of creating an inspiring shopping experience. This position is for extra work as needed, and we are looking for someone who can step in on short notice. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends.
What We Expect
Enjoying working with customers and sales is a prerequisite for the delicatessen store employee role. You will inspire and contribute with your creativity and knowledge when serving customers according to their needs at our delicatessen counter. We prefer candidates with previous experience in delicatessen and prepared foods.
To thrive with us, you should be comfortable working both independently and in a team, be thorough, structured, and quality-conscious. Additionally, you enjoy a high-paced environment and are accustomed to working under time pressure. Together with your colleagues, you will manage daily operations, which includes being service and sales-oriented, and willing to work across department boundaries in the store.
