We are a well-established fish delivery company looking for personnel. We operate from Gothenburg’s fish market and deliver to the center of Kullavik. For over 40 years, we have been selling fresh fish and seafood to loyal customers.
Currently, we have 3-4 full-time employees working in sales and an additional 1-2 people involved in the production of fish gratins, seafood mixtures, and pickled herring. We are now seeking to fill a full-time position in sales for the fish truck.
A typical day at work begins early in the morning at the fish market. We work together to set up the fish display, weigh out mixtures, prepare shrimp sandwiches, and load goods. Fresh fish, shrimp, and crayfish are auctioned off and collected from the fish auction. Afterward, we have breakfast before opening, and then sales commence.
We have a lot to do, and you will learn how to fillet fish and assist with purchases at the fish auction. Heavy lifting is involved, and shifts are longer than usual. In exchange, you will work fewer days.
No prior experience in fish sales is required, but we would like you to enjoy fish and appreciate working with a great team. A B driving license is a requirement, and previous experience in retail is a significant advantage. A C/C1 driving license is also considered meritorious.
