As a sales associate, your main responsibilities will include: - Actively engaging with customers – we aim to provide all customers with first-class service. - Selling high-quality building materials at market-leading prices. - Keeping our premises organized and ensuring that shelves are always well-stocked. - Picking wood, managing inventory, handling deliveries, and pricing goods to ensure a positive customer experience. - Assisting customers in measuring and counting their items. The position is a permanent employment contract of 70-80%. Qualifications: - An interest in renovation and construction, retail, and customer service. - A strong drive for sales and exceeding customer expectations. - A valid B driver's license. - Ability to count and measure customers' items confidently. - Good knowledge of Swedish and the ability to communicate in English. - Availability to work during the facility's opening hours. - Ability to embody and work according to our values. Additional information: - Experience in construction, retail, and customer service is an advantage. - Experience with forklifts is also a plus. - Forklift training and certification will be provided internally at the facility. Working hours: As per the facility's opening hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
