About the Position
As a Store Employee at Biltema, you are the most important part of the customer experience in the store. Your workday consists of varied tasks and departments, always characterized by customer focus and high service levels. This includes having a crucial role in ensuring our 19,000 articles are well-stocked and properly displayed.
Regardless of where you are in the store, you engage with our customers - whether you're restocking items, working the cash register, helping in customer service, or serving in the cafe. When meeting customers, you are eager to share your knowledge to help them find what they're looking for at a good price. At Biltema, no two days are alike. We readily tackle tasks and challenges by trying to find simple solutions.
About You
Customer time is valuable, and as a Biltema employee, you must be able to listen, understand, and read customer needs. We are therefore seeking someone who is a dedicated service-oriented individual with a customer focus. You enjoy a high-paced work environment with constant new challenges. As a person, you like to take initiative, see what needs to be done, and want order and organization around you. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability, including being communicative in both Swedish and English.
Experience in retail, particularly in store work with cash handling or in the restaurant industry, is advantageous. We welcome a passionate interest in our product range and areas.
