Main Responsibilities
We are currently looking for someone who wants a fun and stimulating job at the new Hemköp Jönköping Strandängen. Below you will find what it means to be a Store Associate responsible for fruits and vegetables at Hemköp:
• As a Store Associate responsible for fruits and vegetables, you will take significant responsibility to ensure our customers can easily find what they are looking for.
• You will ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and that our store is clean and tidy.
• Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer interactions, sales, and maintaining the highest quality. You will be an important part of the chain towards an inspiring shopping experience.
Position Details: Permanent employment of 35 hours per week, with a probationary period applied.
Start Date: 2025-03-02 or as agreed.
Working Hours: You will alternate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
What We Expect
An interest in food, enjoyment of working with customers, and sales are prerequisites for the role. Below you can see what else is expected of you as a Store Associate at Hemköp:
• You should be a team player, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious. Additionally, you should thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store. This includes being service- and sales-oriented, while also having an eye for both details and the bigger picture.
In accordance with the Work Environment Act (Chapter 5) and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not hire individuals under the age of 18 due to the nature of the tasks.
