**About the Position**
As a Store Associate at Biltema, you are the most important part of the customers' experience in the store. Your workday consists of a variety of tasks and departments, all characterized by customer focus and a high level of service. This includes playing a crucial role in ensuring that the shelves stocked with our 19,000 items are well-filled and fronted.
Regardless of where you are in the store, you pay attention to our customers—whether you are restocking products, working at the checkout, assisting them in customer service, or serving them in the café. In your interactions with customers, you are eager to share your knowledge to help them find what they are looking for at a good price. No day at Biltema is the same. Here, we readily tackle the tasks and challenges that may arise by seeking simple solutions.
**About You**
The customer's time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to listen, understand, and assess the customer's needs. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is a natural service-oriented person with a customer focus. You enjoy a fast-paced work environment where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you like to take initiative, see what needs to be done, and want to maintain order around you. Personal suitability will be highly valued, as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English.
Experience in retail, particularly in store operations or the restaurant industry, is an advantage. To quickly adapt to the role, we appreciate a strong interest in our product range and areas.
