The successful stone specialist Stenbolaget is looking for a Store Manager for their store in Sköndal. We are seeking someone who wants to lead the team, be the face of the store, and simultaneously work with sales on a daily basis. Your Responsibilities
• Selling stone products to their customers, both private and professional clients.
• Responsible for the store's operations and scheduling.
• Work with clear sales targets.
• Manage the company's inventory and logistics.
• Inspire, follow up on, and coach your colleagues in sales and customer interactions.
Your Profile
• Previous experience selling to business clients in the construction industry.
• Prior experience in warehousing & logistics.
• Previous leadership experience.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English.
The most important thing is your personality and your passion for sales in the construction/building supply sector; you will learn the rest from them.
