A Day as Store Manager and Star Leader at Synsam

Additionally, as store manager, you'll be entrusted to:
• Shape and develop a store culture reflecting our values – the customer is #1, we take responsibility, and we are innovative.
• Take holistic responsibility for the store's success, from recruitment and staff training to results, customer experience, and local marketing.
• Think outside the box when reaching sales goals and optimizing results. With both freedom and responsibility, we seek a leader who dares to try new things and learn from experiences.

• Alternatively, you're already working in optics or retail with successful sales results and are attracted to running your own store and developing as a leader.
