**Responsibilities and Duties for Store Manager**
Your primary and foremost responsibility is to drive and develop the sales of kitchen solutions and services according to HTH's concept. You should enjoy challenges while having the opportunity to sell truly excellent kitchens with renowned inspiring Danish design.
You are a person who is motivated to lead, coach, and inspire staff by "leading by example" in your sales role. You are also inclusive and possess an agile leadership style. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, recruiting, and onboarding new employees.
It is important to us that we always ensure high customer satisfaction with world-class service. Together with your colleagues, you will optimize the store's display, inventory, and profitability. You will follow up and analyze sales figures and drive actions to continuously improve results. Everyone working in the store should feel that they are ambassadors for HTH's values and foster an open and inclusive work climate where everyone can develop.
**Qualifications and Experience to Succeed as Store Manager**
- You have documented experience in a leadership position within retail, preferably in kitchens, interior design, or similar fields.
- Strong interest in sales, leadership, and customer relationships.
- Financial understanding and ability to analyze sales statistics.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written in Swedish; English is an advantage.
- Experience working with sales support and cash register systems, as well as good IT skills.
