The Kid/Hemtex joint collection is now available in four countries, with approximately 280 stores combined.
Hemtex is growing and expanding in Gothenburg! In March 2026, we will open our new Extended concept in Kållered - spanning an impressive 1,210 square meters. We are now seeking someone with strong drive and sales focus who wants to be part of the team from the start and put Hemtex Kållered on the map!

Hemtex in Kållered will belong to Region West, consisting of xx stores. All store managers in the region meet four times a year to exchange knowledge and experiences, continuously improving our operations. This collaborative development work is led by a regional manager who will be your direct supervisor.
Job Description
As a store manager at Hemtex, you will have overall responsibility for the store's results and daily operations. You will have personnel management responsibilities, actively working to create a good work environment and strong team spirit. Your mission is to lead the sales team in creating fantastic customer experiences in an inspiring store environment. You will actively work in the store, engaging in customer interactions at the cash register and on the sales floor, managing merchandise, and displaying products while being a present sales leader for your team. Responsibilities include:
• Managing visual and personal sales efforts in the store
• Analyzing key performance indicators and translating insights into concrete action plans to strengthen store profitability
• Leading and motivating employees to become their best selves and achieve set goals, based on our vision and values
• Staffing and organizing the business with efficiency and increased sales as the primary focus
• Recruiting and introducing new employees in collaboration with the regional manager
• Continuously developing comprehensive product knowledge for yourself and your team

We are seeking someone who:
• Has several years of experience as a store manager and leading large teams
• Has experience with sales and result responsibilities, with documented good results
• Possesses strong leadership skills with the ability to develop employees and create motivated, engaged teams
• Is analytical and business-driven, able to analyze key performance indicators and translate insights into concrete actions
• Has excellent planning and organizational skills, capable of optimizing staffing based on sales forecasts, customer flow, and budget
