Store Manager for Haparanda
Job Description
The role of Store Manager entails having sales and profit responsibility for 3-4 employees, who are our store sales representatives in Haparanda. You and your team will work closely with our field and inside sales representatives in the district, where your shared goal is to provide our customers with the absolute best service and offerings in the market. You will collaborate closely with other leaders and colleagues in the sales organization, working together to become a market-leading supplier and Sweden's best workplace.

Your Profile
• You are a confident, driven, creative, and clear leader focused on both the individual and developing the business.
• You are business-oriented, structured, and have experience in driving a sales organization.
• You have experience in sales and as a store manager.
• You have excellent knowledge of the Office suite and have worked with CRM systems, understanding their importance.
• You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written; it is a significant advantage if you also speak Finnish.
• You have a driver's license and live in or near Haparanda.
