JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In your role as Store Manager, you will drive store sales and sales processing for your local area together with the store team and local sales representatives. You are responsible for daily store operations, including schedule planning, budget work, purchasing, and planning local sales activities.
The role will be sales and customer-focused, where networking and local customer activities will be central to creating and achieving growth and development in the area. Your primary tasks will include:
• Communication and relationship-building activities with customers.
• Personnel management, coaching, and leading store sales staff.
• Ensuring budget targets are met.
• Participating in store development and future planning.
• Financial administration and follow-up.
The local team consists of outside sales representatives, inside sales staff, and store sales personnel.
To ensure a comprehensive introduction, you will have a mentor/leader in your local area who will support you during the initial period.
At the national level, you will be part of a team of approximately 20 Procurator store managers, with a strong team spirit. There is a natural focus on helping each other develop and grow, both regionally and nationally.

Important for the position:
• Strong leadership skills and experience in a similar store manager role or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in B2B sales is meritorious.

• Swedish and English language skills, both spoken and written.
• Business-oriented and relationship-building personality.
• Driver's license (B-class).
ABOUT THE POSITION
This is a permanent full-time position with direct employment at Procurator in Bromma. We offer a full-time position with working hours during the day, Monday to Friday.
