You are clear in your communication and a natural leader who supports your employees through coaching and feedback. We are looking for someone with previous experience in a leadership role within retail, preferably in the fashion industry. As a store manager at Kappahl, you are responsible for running the store in the best possible way and achieving sales targets. You will have a sales-focused role with overall responsibility for all store functions, including personnel management. Tasks include scheduling, recruitment, planning, and leading changes in work routines within our chain management framework. The position is ongoing at 40 hours/week, starting by mutual agreement.
