At Najell, we create products that empower parents who want to live life on their own terms. Our rapidly growing brand offers innovative and design-driven products for expecting and new parents, such as baby carriers, baby nests, and much more. Based in central Lund, Sweden, we reach 30-50% more customers each year thanks to new fantastic products and a strong community. We aim to continue at this pace and plan to grow to a team of over 60 employees by the end of 2026.
After Copenhagen and Oslo, we continue our store expansion with the opening of our next store in central Stockholm. We are seeking a Store Manager who can lead and inspire the team and contribute to Najell's exciting journey forward.
Role
As store manager, you will be Najell's outward face in Stockholm, ensuring smooth daily operations and creating an inviting store experience. The focus is on delivering fantastic customer service, leading a small team, and arranging events to engage the local community.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Work on the store floor and manage daily operations.
• Plan staff schedules and training according to Najell guidelines.
• Build customer relationships by providing valuable advice and excellent service.
• Arrange weekly events to engage customers and strengthen the local community.
• Ensure the store's visual presentation follows Najell standards.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in the role, we believe you:
• Have 3-5 years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in an operational leadership role.
• Are passionate about creating meaningful customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Are structured and enjoy working in an organized manner.
• Bonus: Have experience arranging events or building communities.
• Are enthusiastic about being part of a growing brand in a dynamic store environment.
