About the Position
• Location: Uppsala Boländerna
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent.
• Working Hours: Varying
• Management: Lead with and through the store's Management Team
We are looking for someone who:
• Has several years of leadership experience in retail. Experience leading Management Teams is a plus.
• Has strong knowledge of store economics, KPIs, and sales metrics.
• Is a role model in the store environment – engaged, present, and clear.
• Communicates with warmth and clarity.
• Enjoys challenging the status quo and driving development forward.
Do you also have experience in sports or textile retail and/or B2B? That’s a significant advantage!
