Store Manager at Fabrique in Stockholm! About the Position We are now seeking a Store Manager for Fabrique in Stockholm who is passionate about providing our guests with the best service. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with varying work hours, including early mornings and weekend work. As Store Manager, you will be ultimately responsible for the operation of your two assigned stores and will work operationally within the business. You will ensure that concepts and routines are followed, stores are clean, and all staff are satisfied. You have performance responsibility for your units and are responsible for creating welcoming, well-stocked stores while maintaining cost control. Your primary tasks will include: * Providing our guests with the best service and ensuring the team does the same * Daily participation in and driving the team towards store goals and key performance indicators * Encouraging engagement and involvement while developing employee skills * Optimizing store operations and ensuring proper staffing * Ensuring stores are attractive and sales-oriented according to Fabrique's concept * Administrative tasks such as scheduling, invoice handling, and placing orders Qualifications To be considered for the position, you should have previous experience in a café or restaurant and have worked in a leadership role for at least one year and be experienced in personnel management. Having a barista certification and/or education in leadership, work environment, labor law, or similar is meritorious.
