We expect you to:
• Have previous experience in retail and daily operations
• Have experience in leading and motivating others
• Have a keen eye for planning and structuring
• Have strong skills in working with key performance indicators, reporting, and budgeting
• Have good IT skills, particularly in Excel
• Be results-oriented, business-driven, and service-minded
• Communicate clearly and collaboratively in your leadership style
• Have basic knowledge of English
With us, you will be responsible for:
• The overall performance and key metrics of the store
• Ensuring the store's appearance aligns with our Visual Merchandising guidelines
• Optimizing the product range concerning new arrivals, seasons, and target audiences
• Daily management of the store staff
• Staffing planning, recruitment, and employee development
