The Role of Store Manager As a store manager, you are the natural leader who coaches your team, serves as a role model, and shows the way forward. You will work with customer satisfaction, sales, operations, results, personnel, and change management in the store. This includes being responsible for budgets and business plans as well as related sales activities. You will have responsibility for the work environment and personnel for approximately 4 people. You will oversee employee conversations, onboarding, skills development, quality work, adherence to processes, and compliance with Coop's sustainability policy. You are also a cultural ambassador; by this, we mean that you work not only for Coop but for all of Norrbotten, where our stores contribute to the vitality of smaller communities. You should have a broad experience and competence in retail. We prefer that you have previously held personnel responsibility with good results. Experience in improvement work is also an advantage.
