About the role: As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the store and drive sales, customer satisfaction, and improvement initiatives. You will work closely with employees and the management team, contributing to shaping the store's results by:
• Creating the best customer experience with joy in food, inspiration, and world-class service.
• Leading and coaching employees in all areas towards common goals.
• Initiating and driving improvements that enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Ensuring routines and contributing to a safe and pleasant working environment.
• Actively working on sustainability – both in product selection and in daily operations.

Who are you? You have experience in retail, service, or the restaurant industry – and documented experience in leading others. You are a team player with drive, a sense of responsibility, and an eye for customer needs.
