About this role
Carlings is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Store Manager who wants to be part of developing one of the Nordics' leading denim chains and ensure that we are the customers' first choice for jeans!
As a Store Manager with us, you have overall responsibility for the store, and it is your role as a leader to inspire, motivate, and develop your employees to work together to achieve the store's set goals. You are a role model for your team, which means you are passionate about sales and customer service alongside your team. You see it as your main task to be present for both customers and your employees by listening, assisting, selling, coaching, motivating, and inspiring. Everything we do, we do to create optimal and unique customer experiences!
This position is a temporary role for approximately 6 months with a good chance of extension.

Planned end date: 2026.06.30
