The first store opened in Jönköping in 1989, and the business continues to expand with the goal of establishing itself in more cities and constantly developing. Today, the organization consists of over 700 committed employees and is in an exciting growth phase! We are now looking, on behalf of our customer, for you who want to be part of this journey and take a leading role as Store Manager in Uddevalla. ABOUT THE ROLE The store has a turnover of approximately 30 million SEK and has a team of around 10 employees, depending slightly on the season. It is an inspiring store with a wide selection of cut flowers, potted plants, and seasonal customer flow – an environment that requires both structure and flexibility. The group is currently characterized by high competence and genuine commitment to cut flowers, plants, and gardening. As store manager, you will lead an experienced team and be responsible for driving sales, creating engagement, and developing the store towards even higher customer satisfaction. The role suits a driven, positive, and attentive leader who enjoys coaching, creating structure, and leading change. To succeed in the role, a strong customer and sales focus is needed, along with the ability to inspire the team to deliver a top-class customer experience every day. Responsibilities: • Ensure world-class customer experience and drive continuous improvement • Implement and follow up on central business initiatives, campaigns, and processes • Responsible for store sales, profitability, and staffing • Analyze results and develop action plans to achieve set goals • Lead, develop, and motivate the store team in line with the company's leadership philosophy • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and inspiring work environment • Conduct local activities for sales growth and customer satisfaction • Follow the company's guidelines for work environment, sustainability, and safety • Contribute to good cooperation between store functions and central initiatives ABOUT YOU: • 2-3 years of documented leadership and retail management experience • Experience in sales and driving store performance • Good knowledge of work environment and daily store operations • Understanding of business and cash register systems (e.g., IFS, Lindbak (EG), Qlik) and inventory management • Experienced in analyzing results and working with key performance indicators to improve sales and customer experience • Enjoys coaching, planning, and making independent decisions • Communicative and motivating leader who creates team engagement • Solution-oriented and quick to handle operational challenges • Flexible, change-oriented, and collaborative • Takes responsibility and acts confidently in situations such as price adjustments and security issues We are looking for someone with the right attitude, drive, and willingness to develop.
