About this role
We are now looking for an engaged, sales-driven, and service-oriented store manager for our store in Malmö who enjoys achieving sales targets and wants to inspire more people to lead an active and enjoyable life with a focus on horses.
The position is for 36 hours per week or according to agreement. It includes one weekend per month and six closing shifts per month. Start date is January 5 or as agreed.
In the role of store manager with us, you will:
- Create a positive work environment based on coaching leadership
- Promote a good working atmosphere that encourages participation, security, and job satisfaction
- Work to ensure that the store meets its sales targets in a businesslike manner
- Create a sales-oriented store environment that exceeds customer expectations
Who are we looking for?
We believe you have extensive experience in retail, where you have worked with store operations and leadership. You are proactive with a commercial focus that enables you to think and act in a businesslike manner in all situations.
We place great emphasis on personal qualities, and we know that our salespeople and customers expect you, as the store manager, to have a pleasant demeanor, be communicative, take initiative, and provide exceptional service. The daily work requires you to be responsible and solution-focused. It is a plus if you have contacts within the equestrian sports community, riding schools, or riding arenas.
