Our Garden Center is a well-established destination with an amazing selection of both plants and garden accessories, as well as a café and display garden. In our nursery, we grow plants for both our Garden Center and our corporate sales. Since 1969, we have strived to offer our customers knowledge, quality, and service! About the Position Do you love plants, gardening, and have a genuine interest in personal service? Are you a natural leader with an eye for both sales and economics? We are now seeking a Store Manager who wants to take a central role in our operations. You will have overall responsibility for the store, focusing on sales, operations, and personnel. In short, you are the person who keeps the daily routine, development, and joy in the store together. The role is not just about leading daily operations. You are also a crucial part of developing the whole, where you see the connection between the store, café, sales, and nursery. With your combination of leadership, business understanding, and sense of customer experience, you see opportunities where others see routines. You understand how all parts of the business are interconnected and how they can strengthen each other, both commercially and experientially. Sample Responsibilities: • Manage daily store operations and lead personnel in operational work • Plan and follow up on sales, key performance indicators, and budget goals • Develop store assortment and seasonal areas in collaboration with purchasing and marketing • Ensure an inspiring store experience with high quality in both product display and customer interactions • Work closely with other parts of the business to create a holistic experience that enhances customer satisfaction • Train, motivate, and coach employees in service, product knowledge, and upselling • Participate in planning campaigns, events, and activities that drive traffic and sales • Responsible for staffing, scheduling, and personnel development • Ensure order, routines, and a safe work environment Your Profile You are a person who sees the big picture and enjoys weaving together the threads between different parts of the business. With your combination of leadership, business economic understanding, and business development perspective, you find new opportunities. You understand how the store, café, and other parts of the business are interconnected and how they together create a strong customer experience. In you, structure and creativity meet, and you have a natural sense of driving the business forward without losing sight of people. To thrive in the Store Manager role, you need to be communicative, structured, and able to create engagement around you.
